More than 600 people attended our "To Save a Life" banquets last week, and many have made one-year financial commitments to the new Student Center. If you have been unable to return a commitment card, please consider doing so this Sunday. We have asked our church family to consider making an investment in reaching this generation on the average of $4,000 per student over the next year. Giving to the project has now topped $2 million toward our groundbreaking goal of $3.6 million. Our first sacrificial offering will be received on Sunday, June 6. Kids from 1st - 6th grades will also bring an offering that day based upon their earnings from the "Parable of the Talents" project. Kids have received church funds in amounts of $5, $10 or $25 to invest in a business venture. Kids may also participate and receive their "investment funds" tonight or next Sunday.
Zambia Missions

Our team of four men is on the ground in Lusaka, Zambia meeting with and teaching discipleship to ministry leaders and to more than 50 men in the community. These groups are multiplying rapidly and we are experiencing a groundswell of interest in what God is doing in Zambia. Pray for the safety and health of our team.

8th - 12th grades
Training sessions for our 80-member team of 8th-12th graders begin this Sunday, May 23, 12:30 - 2:00 pm in the Student Center, with lunch provided. Our team will minister with two San Antonio churches to reach their communities.
The deadline to register is this Sunday, May 23. The cost is $345 per person.
VBS Volunteers

Puppeteers are in the House
Our puppet ministry will give three performances of "Noah's Freaky Flood" this weekend including a "Family Night" presentation this Saturday @ 6:30 pm in The Jungle, and during both hours in The Jungle on Sunday, May 23 for kids in 1st - 4th grades.
